I purchased five large umbrellas from you about a year ago. I have an experience you should share with your potential customers:
It was the day of Hurricane Charlie here in Orlando and I was getting all the chairs umbrellas and anything else I could find inside before the worst hit. The winds were going to be around 100 mph. In all the confusion, I inadvertently left one of the umbrellas out in the closed position. We all spent the night in the safe room and in the morning were awestruck by the force of the winds and rain which were clocked at 80-100 MPH. The four foot diameter 50ft +tall oak in our back yard snapped off like a twig and was laying in the pond. Thankfully it fell away from the house. To our amazement the umbrella was left out and was in perfect condition. Needless to say we are very impressed with your quality. I am fairly certain no other manufacturer's umbrella would have withstood those hurricane conditions. Thanks!
