Return & Exchange Policy

At Greencorner, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The following guidelines have been established to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and/or exchange process. Under any circumstance, you must contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Our customer service hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00  PM ET. Please call 1-888-428-0800.

Important: It is the customer responsibility to IMMEDIATELY INSPECT AN ORDER UPON ARRIVAL. If visible damage, do not accept delivery or make a notation on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt) before delivering agent leaves. The shipment is insured by the delivering company. This action is necessary to protect your potential freight claim.

Return shipping to us is at your own expense. Order cancellations must be requested via FAX. Any order that is cancelled after shipping will be subject to freight charges. It is the responsibility of the  customer to pay the freight charges both to and from Greencorner on any cancelled order, once it has been shipped. Carton must not be opened. Custom color, fabric or designs or subject to additional deduction as indicated above.  Customers may take advantage of Greencorner’s shipping rates.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective please call us within 5 calendar days and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Our customer service hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Please call 1-888-428-0800 .

Defective Returns

If your product is not functioning properly, please call 407-851-7018 or e-mail to support@greencorner.com as soon as possible (but not later than 7 days from date of delivery). In most instances, our representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your products problem. However; in rare instances, a product maybe defective. In such case, we will repair or replace at our discretion with a product of an even exchange of the same item. Replacement items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department. (Subject to in stock inventory)

All items returned according to the guidelines are eligible for a refund under this policy. After our inspection and approval of the returned items, the applicable credit will be refunded. Additional fees will apply if not returned in original packaging.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number

Please contact customer service at 1-888-428-0800 or e-mail us at support@greencorner.com for further instructions on your return and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which is needed for every return. Please include the following information when submitting your request to insure quick response: your contact information, product description, reason for return and Greencorner reference number if possible.

Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange

After you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number, please pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton. Inside the box, please include your contact information, the order number and the reason for the return. Please let us know if you would like a refund or to exchange for a new product.

Please write the Return Merchandise Authorization number clearly on the outside of the box and address the shipment as instructed by the customer service specialist. Make sure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We suggest you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with "proof of delivery". We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. Please refer to our detailed Warranty policy for other terms and conditions that may apply.
