Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Greencorner, customer satisfaction is top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The following guidelines have been established to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL.

Please inspect the product for visible damage before the delivering carrier leaves. Any notations should be made on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt) to protect a possible freight claim.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective please call us within 30 days and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Our customer service hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Please call 1-888-428-0800.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned inside its original packaging; freight prepaid, and is received by Greencorner in new, unused and resalable condition.

All items returned according to the guidelines are eligible for a refund under this policy. After our inspection and approval of the returned items, we will credit you for the total purchase price less any applicable restocking fees. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging.

Certain orders with custom fabrics or imprinted logos cannot be returned but please contact customer service if you have questions about a custom order so that we can try to assist you.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Please contact customer service at 1-888-428-0800 or e-mail us at support@greencorner.com for further instructions on your return and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number which is needed for every return. Please include the following information when submitting your request to insure quick response: your contact information, product description, reason for return and Greencorner reference number if possible.

Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange

After you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number, please pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton. Inside the box, please include your contact information, the order number and the reason for the return. Please let us know if you would like a refund or to exchange for a new product.

Please write the Return Merchandise Authorization number clearly on the outside of the box and address the shipment as instructed by the customer service specialist. Make sure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We suggest you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with "proof of delivery". We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. Please refer to our detailed Warranty policy for other terms and conditions that may apply.
