Cancel or Change Order

If you need to cancel or change your order please contact customer service by phone at 1-888-428-0800 and we will make every attempt to do so, if your order is still in process and we can make the necessary change prior to shipment then we will grant your request. Should the order ship before the cancellation process has been completed, any restock fees, as well as outbound and return shipping charges will apply. Please refer to the return policy for clarification and instructions to properly return your product.

Certain orders with custom fabrics or imprinted logos cannot be changed or cancelled but please contact customer service if you have questions about a custom order so that we can try to assist you.
